122 Brixton Hill is a development of a 61 studio co-Living scheme and over 1000sqm of category A and B office space on a tight urban site within a designated Key Industrial and Business Area. It will provide much needed high quality, safe and convenient living accommodation for young adults starting on their working life.  The office space will offer a high-quality working environment for a range both individuals and small companies and the two uses will have a synergy enabling them to support each other and local business. The developments location on the edge of Brixton will give the residents easy access into central London for amenities, work and leisure.

The scheme has been designed to have an industrial architectural feel in keeping with the context and historic use of the site, careful consideration was giving to avoiding over heating and to minimize CO2 omissions.  Environmental improvements to the site and adjoining open spaces have been a key part of the design philosophy with the aim of improving the biodiversity in and around the site as well the visual amenity for the residents and neighbours.
