Working closely with our client Principal Architects designed and obtained planning permission for a garden annex to provide a home for an elderly family member.
The single storey chalet will be clad in reclaimed timber boarding and have a sedum green roof to help it blend into the garden. An air source heating system will provide the heating and high thermal performance to the fabric will help keep running costs low.
